This listing is for a set of 11 capiz shell / mother of pearl food serving dishes and utensils. It includes:
•3 square plates (small, medium, large)
•6 small spoons (appear to be made of mother of pearl)
•2 “boats” with attached bowls
Perfect for serving appetizers or sushi! The “boats” consist of a long curved-edge tray with 2 attached bowls on each boat. Perfect for serving condiments like soy sauce, ginger, or wasabi when serving sushi, or for holding dips like ketchup, mustard, relish, etc. at a party. Perfect functional decor for your tiki bar or beach house kitchen!
Condition: these pieces are in vintage, used condition and do have some wear commensurate of age and use. Some edges are rough / chipped. The small square plate has 2 cracks in the shiny varnish. The spoons are in varying states of use / shiny-ness. Please see photos. These pieces are more suited to functional use than pristine display. However, they still look great filled with food on a counter!
