This listing is for a vintage IKEA brand Fjorton model lamp in the color blue. Silver metal “feet” with a large blue glass shade (blue on the outside, white on the inside). Designed by Tatsuo Konno. Turns on/ off using click wheel, and is corded electric using a small bulb.
Wonderful vintage 90s pop art style lamp! Fits in well with many home decor styles, including eclectic vintage, primary colored Memphis Milano, and whimsical unique home decor. Strong cool blue light. Would look great on a desk, night stand, or book shelf!
Sometimes referred to as a dinosaur egg or alien style design. Looks almost like a Christmas bulb!
I also have a red one available!
Condition: this lamp is in tested working & vintage used condition. The metal feet and metal finish have some scuffs / patina. Felt base & original stickers still intact. Some small bubbles in the glass shade (see photos) from the factory production of the glass. One larger chip in the glass at the base (common in these lamps due to the way the shade comes on/off using tensioned metal). Bulb not included.
