This listing is for an antique clear glass biscuit jar / cookie jar / cracker jar with lid. It is a piece of Early American glass from Fostoria in the Brazilian pattern. No brand markings. The pattern was produced in clear glass from 1898 to 1913, and is also referred to as Cane Shield.
A beautiful piece of glass for display or function. Use it to hold candy in a classic / traditional American styled living room, or hold biscuits, crackers, cookies, tea bags, etc. on a kitchen bar.
Condition: in excellent vintage condition without any chips or cracks. Some lines and bubbles in the glass itself from the manufacture process.
