It is a 2 piece fairy lamp, so the top (which has a hole to allow the candle to burn) can be removed, allowing you to insert a tea light or votive candle. Likely HOMCO brand, but no markings / branding.
Casts beautiful shadows of light when illuminated! Looks great in an entryway, or on a console table / coffee table in a midcentury inspired living room.
Condition:: a few small flea bites around the base points from gentle use & vintage age. A few inclusions / mold marks possible from the manufacture process. Does not affect function! Looks great!
