She calls this piece an Egg Bageler : “Make your egg the perfect size for your bagel breakfast sandwich! Scramble one egg, add cheese, bacon, or vegetables as desired. Microwave for 1 minute on high, and then flip onto your bagel for a perfect egg with hole in the middle!”
However, it also makes a wonderful ashtray, incense holder, trinket dish, or jewelry holder.
"I have always enjoyed the decoration of my pieces as much as the throwing process. I combine four to five glazes in order to obtain the gradual shading I want. The most interesting glaze, which causes the dripping effect, is made from wood ash collected from my wood stove." Francine Zajac
