This listing is for a vintage moon vase from Robert Maxwell Pottery Craft. Overlapping ovals of blue and off white shiny glaze on the sides with an earthy brown on the top and bottom. Harder to find bulbous shape with skinny fluted opening. 2 small felt dots on the bottom (can be removed). Unsigned, but undeniably Robert Maxwell for Pottery Craft USA.
Presents beautifully on a mid century modern shelf or use it functionally to hold a show stopping flower or sprig of Pampas grass on your Danish minimalist dining table!
Condition: in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Slight “lean” in the vase itself from the way it was handcrafted and the clay settled. Bubbles / texture in the glaze from the firing process.
