This listing is for a vintage Fitz & Floyd (Fitz and Floyd) recipe box or trinket / jewelry box. It has an antiqued avocado green background with fluorescent blue and green flowers on the top. 2 hinges allow the top to fully open.
Perfect size for holding cherished recipes in your kitschy midcentury kitchen! Or use it to hold jewelry and trinkets in your groovy 1960s bedroom.
Condition: in used vintage condition. The box has intentional antiquing (the black distressing) but also does have some discoloration and staining from age. The wood has some dings / indentations where the paint has slightly chipped to reveal the wood underneath (see photos). One of the hinges appears to be slightly separating the back wood, but it is still fully functional (see photos). Fully functional — use it in your kitchen without worrying about it being pristine!
